General

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between www.MyBeanBags.co.uk and its customers and apply to all purchases of products by customers from our website.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this website or any part of it with or without notice.

Payment

All orders must be paid in full before delivery. All on-line purchases must be made through PayPal and be made through either MasterCard or Visa.

Delivery

The delivery time for each of our ranges has been posted on each product. If for any reason we cannot make a delivery within the specified delivery time we will contact you with relevant details.

In the event of a failed delivery such as nobody being present to accept delivery please contact us to arrange another delivery time which would be made for a mutually suitable time for both parties.

Prices

All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax) in Great Britian at standard rate of 17.5%.

Returns

If your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will either exchange the product or issue a full refund within 21 days of your delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights. However, goods can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging and in good condition.
